Our home base on Hayes Street. A dense mix of Victorian rowhouses, converted flats, and newer infill condos — many with a steep street-facing roof paired with a flat rear section that catches the fog and rarely gets looked at until it leaks.
NoPa / North Panhandle
Tightly packed blocks of Victorians and Edwardians just north of the Panhandle, with narrow lots that make roof access and material staging part of every job we price here.
Alamo Square
Home to the famous 'Painted Ladies' row and a concentration of some of the city's best-preserved original Victorian roof lines — steep, ornate, and worth doing right rather than patched with mismatched shingles.
Duboce Triangle
